While we assist with insurance applications, we cannot guarantee that any applicant will be approved for coverage or approved at a specific rate. Insurance companies make all underwriting and approval decisions based on their own criteria.

We represent multiple insurance carriers but do not represent ALL carriers in the market. We work with carriers we believe offer quality products and competitive pricing, but other options may exist that we do not offer.

9.4 ACA Marketplace Services

For ACA (Affordable Care Act) marketplace enrollment assistance, we are certified by the federally-facilitated marketplace to provide enrollment support. This service is free to consumers—we are compensated by insurance carriers, not by you.

9.5 Policy Ownership

When you purchase insurance through our agency, YOU are the policyholder. The insurance company issues the policy directly to you. We serve as your agent/broker but do not own or control your policy.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet/telecommunications failures.
